Section 38
Deadline for Filing Complaints
(1) In case of an offense punishable under this Act, a complaint shall be filed within one year from the date of knowing that such offense is about to be committed or has been committed.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the case should be filed before the concerned court within six months from the date of filing the complaint.
